Terms & Conditions


1. Purpose of the Membership

The AuraDent Protection Veneers Membership is designed to:

  • Protect and maintain veneer restorations long-term
  • Prevent damage such as chipping, fractures, or wear
  • Monitor bite, pressure, and overall stability
  • Ensure early detection of any complications

This membership is based on continuous clinical follow-up. Without proper monitoring and protection, veneers may be exposed to damage over time.


2. Included Services

As an active member, you receive:

  • 2 clinical check-ups per year (including digital scans and evaluation)
  • 1 custom-made night guard per year (for veneer protection)
  • 1 Airflow cleaning per year (performed during one of the check-ups)
  • Veneer condition monitoring (including bite and pressure analysis)
  • Continuous stability tracking of your restorations

The night guard is custom-made based on your clinical assessment and is essential to protect veneers from excessive force or grinding.


3. Mandatory Follow-Up Requirement

To maintain membership and eligibility for all benefits:

  • The patient must attend their scheduled check-up every 6 months

A grace period of 45 days is allowed.

If the patient does not attend within:
6 months + 45 days

Then:

  • Membership is automatically canceled
  • All benefits are terminated
  • Any guarantee becomes invalid

This policy exists because veneers must be monitored regularly to prevent unnoticed damage or stress.


4. Night Guard Policy

  • The night guard is provided once per year after clinical evaluation
  • It is designed to protect veneers from grinding and excessive force

If the night guard is:

  • Lost or damaged
    Replacement will be evaluated and may involve additional cost

Patients are strongly advised to:

  • Use the night guard as instructed
  • Contact AuraDent immediately if issues occur

5. Veneer Protection & Responsibility

AuraDent provides monitoring and preventive care.

However:

  • Veneers are subject to external forces such as:
    • Grinding
    • Trauma
    • Improper use

If damage occurs:

  • The case will be evaluated clinically
  • Treatment will be determined based on cause and condition

6. 5-Year Veneer Guarantee (AuraDent Patients Only)

Applies only if:

  • Veneers were placed at AuraDent
  • Membership remains active
  • All follow-up requirements are fulfilled
  • Night guard is used as instructed

If issues occur under these conditions:

  • AuraDent will provide corrective support within the guarantee scope

The guarantee does NOT apply if:

  • Follow-up requirements are not met
  • Night guard is not used as instructed
  • Damage occurs due to:
    • Trauma or accidents
    • External dental treatments
    • Misuse or excessive force

7. Membership for External Patients

Patients who did not receive veneers at AuraDent:

  • Must undergo clinical evaluation before enrollment
  • May be subject to a one-time onboarding fee
  • Are not eligible for the 5-year guarantee

8. ATB (Allmänt tandvårdsbidrag)

For patients eligible through Försäkringskassan:

  • Available ATB will be used as part of preventive dental care

If the patient:

  • Does not have ATB
  • Is not connected to Försäkringskassan

No additional cost will be charged

By enrolling, the patient agrees that available ATB may be used where applicable.


9. Payment Terms

The membership can be paid in two ways:

Option 1 — Monthly Payment

  • Fixed monthly fee
  • Membership remains active while payments are completed

Option 2 — Upfront Payment

  • 12 months paid in advance
  • 15% discount applied

Payment Commitment

  • The membership is structured as a 12-month care cycle

If the patient has:

  • Attended check-up
  • Received night guard
  • Used included services

The full yearly cost becomes binding


10. Cancellation Policy

Patients may cancel at any time.


✔ Cancellation BEFORE using services

  • No check-up, no night guard, no services used
    No further obligation

Cancellation AFTER using services

If the patient has already:

  • Attended check-up
  • Received night guard
  • Used included services

The patient is required to pay for the full 12-month period


ATB in Cancellation

  • If ATB has been used
    It will not be refunded or reversed

11. Membership Validity

Membership is valid only while:

  • Follow-up visits are completed
  • Clinical recommendations are followed
  • Payments are fulfilled

AuraDent reserves the right to cancel membership if:

  • The patient is unreachable within the follow-up window
  • Clinical requirements are not fulfilled

12. Transparency Statement

AuraDent Protection Veneers Membership is based on:

  • Preventive care
  • Clinical responsibility
  • Long-term restoration protection

We do not guarantee veneer longevity without proper follow-up and protection.
